Rejection is an unavoidable part of life whether it’s a job, relationship, school exams or anything, there will be times that you do not get what you wish for. Failure can be painful and frustrating, it’s important to remember your worth. Failure is the path to success, and learning how to respond to rejection gracefully can help you become confident and resilient.
